Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility to our clients while accounting for the logistics and planning involved in our adventure tours. Cancellation Terms Full Refund: Cancellations made 90 days or more before the trip departure date will receive a 100% refund, minus a small processing fee. Partial Refunds: 50% Refund for cancellations made between 30 and 89 days before departure. 25% Refund for cancellations made between 7 and 29 days before departure. No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable due to last-minute preparations and commitments. Rescheduling Option One Free Reschedule: We offer one complimentary rescheduling if requested 30 days or more before departure, subject to availability. Force Majeure Clause In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, or political unrest), Kilimanjaro Destinations may offer rescheduling options or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before departure.
